FAQ
What is the different between normal 3D architectural visualization and the Visio360 technology?
The object of 3D architectural visualization is to present your future asset. Until now, there were two ways to show an image of 3D architectural visualization:
- 3D architectural visualization in a photo
- 3D architectural visualization in a movie
VisioNet manages to create an interactive 3D architectural visualization, meaning you can choose how to see your property in an intuitive way. This technology is known as Visio360. In the photography imaging format we choose a perspective in the room and we work only on this angle, omitting all other perspectives. In the Visio360, we work on the whole room, the "big picture". The reason is that this is interactive and you can see the whole room. The Visio360 format is more developed. In addition, there are many more options in the Visio360 visualization to bring it to life! For example: watch TV in the Visio360 living room; see yourself on camera in the computer in the children bedroom; get information on items in the room (who designed it/where to buy it) and rearrange the furniture, change colors and flooring, etc.
To summarize, Visio360 allows you to view your property in the most comprehensive manner available today and therefore, you get a real concept of the finished plans.
Does VisioNet provide a photography imaging format?
Definitely! At the start of the project we provide 3D architectural visualization in a high quality photography imaging format and animation. You can say that the Visio360 format is one step up from the photography imaging format.
Why invest in high quality 3D architectural visualization as opposed to 3D architectural visualization sketch?
You must first know the difference between them.
High quality 3D architectural visualization is visualization that reflects realism. It's the exact in relation to the real thing - space, furniture, lighting etc.
A 3D architectural visualization sketch reflects the architect vision and planning, not realism. Usually, architects and interior designers use sketches when first planning your project. With high quality 3D architectural visualization, we enter the material that will be in the property (the real furniture, the real lights etc), since this is a sophisticated program designed to produce virtualization for the real estate industry. It calculates the amount of lighting needed in connection with the number of windows, light fixtures and room furniture proportions for the spaces in the house.
Why choose Visio360 virtualization over traditional visualization?
Everyone knows that the building and design of an apartment involves a costly investment. No one would buy a product sight unseen. If a car salesperson tells you how beautiful and functional a car is, you still would never buy it before you sat in it and maybe took it for a test drive. Virtual photos allow you to see the plan from one angle only, while Visio360 allows you to view the plan from all angles, so that you fully see the big picture.
